Did you see serious collision on A331 at Tongham?
Surrey Police is currently dealing with a serious collision on the A331 at the junction with the A31 in Tongham around 11.10am today (29 June).
The single vehicle collision involved a black BMW 1 series which has overturned. The male driver was trapped but has since been freed and taken to St George’s Hospital in Tooting.
Two female passengers are also being treated for minor injuries.
The southbound carriageway of the A331 from the Ash junction is currently closed but will be reopening shortly. The slip road from the A31 towards the A331 from the Farnham-bound carriageway will remain closed for some time, while emergency services, including fire and ambulance crews and the air ambulance, deal with the incident.
