Police appeal for witnesses following aggravated burglary in Addlestone
Surrey Police is appealing for witnesses following reports of an aggravated burglary in Addlestone last night, Friday 10 February.
At around 11.30pm, it is reported that three men knocked on the door of a property in Rowhurst Avenue.
The occupants, a man and a woman, answered the door when the men threatened them and assaulted them. The suspects then left the property.
The occupants were taken to hospital with minor injuries and have since been discharged.
The suspects are described as three black men all wearing dark clothing.
Detective Sergeant, Emma Vallins from North Surrey Criminal Investigation Department, said: “This was a terrifying and seemingly unprovoked attack and the victims are understandably extremely shaken.
“If you were in the area last night and saw three men matching the description or have any information at all please call us as soon as possible.
“Any information you have could help us establish the circumstances surrounding this incident.”
