Do you know where wanted men Noel Devlin and Francis Ward are?

Surrey Police is appealing for the public’s help in locating two men who are wanted by police.

Noel Devlin, 27, believed to be from Cambridgeshire, and Francis Ward, 20, from Southampton, are wanted for questioning .

Despite various enquiries to try and trace them, officers have so far been unable to locate them and are asking for anyone with information regarding their whereabouts to contact them immediately.
