Cyclist dies following collision in Weybridge
Surrey Police are appealing for witnesses after a cyclist died following a collision in Weybridge earlier this evening.
Officers were called to the junction of Portmore Park Road and Weybridge Road in Weybridge at around 19.40 this evening (23 May) to a collision between a silver Citroen and a bicycle. The rider of the bicycle, a man in his 60s, was fatally injured and declared dead at the scene. His next of kin have been informed. The driver of the Citroen was uninjured.
Police are asking for any witnesses that may have seen the collision, or may have been in the area in the time leading up to the incident, to get in contact.
