There has been a technical issue with our prepay system for car parking this afternoon. We are working with our parking providers Newpark, to urgently resolve the situation.  

Currently prepayment is suspended and will not be available until further notice.

We are arranging urgent refunds for customers, and encourage anyone affected to contact us on [email protected]

We are sorry for the impact this error may have had on our customers. We are working hard to investigate the cause of the problem to ensure it does not happen again.
