Fire at Weybridge Community Hospital
Surrey Fire and Rescue Service was called to a fire at Weybridge Community Hospital at 23:59 on Tuesday night and has been on scene dealing with the blaze overnight.
Eight fire engines were sent to fight the fire along with two aerial ladder platforms and three water carriers – a number of crews remain at the scene.
The fire has spread across all three floors of the building but there are no injuries and all residents in the local area have been evacuated to the Weybridge Centre in Churchfield Road.
An investigation will take place into the cause of the fire once the incident is over.
