Men appear in court following Laleham and Lightwater burglaries
Two men have appeared in court in connection with breaks-ins at Best One on Shepperton Road, Laleham and the Co-op on Guildford Road in Lightwater on Monday (18 July).
Mark Sethi, 35, of North Road in West Drayton, Hillingdon, pleaded guilty to two non-dwelling burglaries – relating to the Laleham and Lightwater burglaries, driving without insurance and dangerous driving. He pleaded not guilty to taking a vehicle without consent, two other dwelling burglaries, and driving while disqualified.
Patrick John McDonagh, 27, of no fixed address, pleaded guilty to the following charges - two dwelling burglaries, two non-dwelling burglaries, being carried in a vehicle taken without consent and possession of a class A drug, namely crack cocaine.
Both appeared at Staines Magistrates Court yesterday (July 19) and have been remanded. McDonagh will be sentenced at Kingston Crown Court on August 16. Sethi will next appear at Guildford Crown Court on August 16.
