E-fit of man who cut a woman's arm in Horley released
Surrey Police is appealing for the public’s help in identifying the man in this e-fit after a woman was left with injuries to her arm in Horley.
The victim reports walking along Massetts Road on 14 June around 11.20am when a man approached her from behind and grabbed her, his intention is unclear but the woman suffered injuries to her arm.
The man is described as dark skinned, thick dark hair and unshaven, aged in his late 20s, of a muscular build.
