The M3 is an exceptionally busy motorway and so noisy that when stood observing from Windlesham it is normally impossible to hear the birds singing through the noise of the traffic.

A big thank you to Windlesham resident Robin Horsley who sent us this video of a very rare moment of the M3 with no cars as construction workers build the new Woodlands Lane Bridge in Windlesham. It is wonderful to be able to hear the birds singing.
