Surrey Police is appealing for witnesses following a traffic collision at the junction of St Georges Avenue and Queens Road in Weybridge. The collision happened at around 8.40am this morning (6 June).

The collision involved two vehicles and two people were injured. One man suffered minor injuries and has been taken to St Peters Hospital as a precaution, the second man has serious injuries and has been taken to St Georges Hospital, Tooting.

The road is currently closed both ways while officers carry out their investigation. It is likely to reopen within the next hour.
