Officers appeal for help in tracing man in connection with Guildford sexual assault
Surrey Police is appealing for help in tracing a man they would like to talk to about a sexual assault in Guildford.
The victim, a woman in her 20s, was sexually assaulted in the town centre just after midnight on February 12. It happened in the Milkgate House area of the town.
The man is described as: white, in his early 20s, an Eastern European accent, of medium build, with short brown shaven hair and around 5ft 7 inches in height.
Investigating officer Detective Constable Sarah McCabe said: “I would like to reassure the public that we are treating this incident very seriously.
“We need the public’s help to identify the person in the image who we would like to talk to as part of our enquiries.
“If you know who this man is or have seen him in the area please get in touch with us immediately by calling 101 or report online at report.police.uk and quote the reference number 45170014756.
